M&A Associate - Investment Bank
We are working closely with a mid market investment bank who is a market leader in industrial M&A who have worked on over 700 projects. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, high-preforming team where you can make a significant impact on business in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial setting. They are a firm that has built their foundations in Europe and have now set up a new office in London and are looking to grow quickly.
Ideal candidate:
- Work Experience - Significant M&A advisory experience - either from a similar size boutique investment bank or accountancy practice exposure.
- Personal Skills - Structured and analytical thinking, service-provider mentality, entrepreneurial passion, hard-working and attention to detail
- Excellent academic credentials and strong knowledge of accounting and financial systems incl. strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Communication Skills - Fluency in both German and English languages.
- Right to work in the UK
