M&A Deal Executive opportunity offering full exposure to lower / mid-market Corporate Finance transactions (c.£1m - £5m EV sellside deals), career progression and a good salary and benefits package including bonus.

A leading provider of M&A and Business Sales solutions renowned for offering fully comprehensive guidance and advice to shareholders. The business is part of a leading global advisory firm which offers a full suite of advisory solutions to SME and Corporate clients, including M&A / Corporate Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Specialist Tax Advisory, Corporate Insolvency & Restructuring and Forensic Accounting.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and expansion across the group the M&A Deal Advisory team is looking to strengthen its offering with the appointment of a Deal Executive. Working as part of a successful hard-working team and reporting to experienced Directors, you will be provided with full training and can expect to be involved end to end in a range of transactions.

As an M&A Deal Executive your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients engaged in sellside corporate finance activity
• Maintaining regular communication with clients and potential acquirers
• Overseeing deal processes - IM, NDA's, Buyer Outreach, DD etc
• Negotiating offers and complex deals
• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
• Researching and identifying potential acquirers
• Building relationships with clients, trade acquirers, private equity investors and other professional advisers

This is a varied role, where no two days are the same, and is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven person looking to start or develop a career in M&A / Corporate Finance.

The successful candidate will receive ongoing support and training from an experienced team of Deal Executives and Corporate Finance Directors.
