We are working with a top level accountancy practice that is looking to grow their M&A team. The M&A team operates in high-growth sectors, handling diverse deals-from entrepreneur cash-outs to advising large corporates on acquisition strategies. Ideal for someone with M&A experience seeking career growth.


Description:


Join as a Corporate Finance (M&A) Exec, supporting Managers and Directors in M&A transactions and advisory work. You would come in and focus on lead advisory transactions in the £10m to £100m range.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various transactions (fundraisings, trade sales, private equity deals).
  • Supervise junior team members, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality work.
  • Maintain professional standards and client trust.
  • Contribute to pitching and proposal preparation.
  • Research and screen potential acquirers/investors.
  • Oversee data rooms and due diligence requests.


Skills and Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent education.
  • ACA qualified or equivalent.
  • Corporate Finance experience (Accounting Firm or Boutique).
  • Proficient in Excel models and creating information memorandums.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with proactive teamwork abilities.
