Are you an experienced professional with a passion for fintech and mergers & acquisitions? Our client is seeking a talented M&A Fintech Vice President to join a dynamic and innovative team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and execute high-impact M&A transactions within the fintech sector, contributing to deals that drive technological advancement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets within the fintech sector.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, market research, and due diligence.
  • Develop and present detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
  • Manage the negotiation, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of acquired companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, advisors, and industry experts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a focus on the fintech sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing M&A transactions.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
