Position: M&E Contract Manager

Location: Bristol

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £45,000 to £47,000 with bonus and car allowance

We are looking for an experienced M&E Contracts Manager for a full time permanent position based in the Bristol Area.

This position will be running a large M&E Contract involving planned maintenance across multiple sites. This is a large high end contract dealing with one main client but sites across the South East.

This Contract Manager will be running the planned maintenance side of the contract. A major part of this position will be dealing with and managing the compliance for each site as well as managing the engineers, recruitment, site surveys etc.

The right person for this role will already have M&E Contract Management Experience. They need to have experience managing multiple sites and dealing with high end clients. This role will have a lot of compliance management so we will require a strong knowledge of this and health and safety.

This is an office based role as well as attending site meetings

Requirements

  • Strong background in M&E Maintenance
  • Experience in Managing large M&E Contracts
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Technical Experience would be an advantage
  • Based in a commutable distance to Bristol
  • Knowledge of NHS contracts or Emergency Services contracts would be an advantage
  • Must be highly experienced in dealing with compliance
