Position: M&E Contracts Manager

Location: Covering London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £55,000 to £65,000 plus package

We are looking for an experience Commercial Maintenance Contracts Manager for a full time, permanent position dealing with planned and reactive maintenance for NHS sites through out London.

This position will be covering multiple sites with a maintenance value of around £1 million. They will be managing a team of mobile and static engineers that are dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical works and compliance.

The right person for this position will have a strong working background as a Contracts Manager, they will need to have come from a Mechanical or Electrical Technical background. They need to have a proven track record of managing a million pounds worth of planned and reactive maintenance contracts and it would be preferable if they had experience in managing or supporting NHS contracts.

Requirements

  • Strong working background as a Commercial Contracts Manager
  • Technical in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance
  • Must be willing to travel into London when required
  • Ability to attend head office meeting in Kent when required (irregular)
  • Experience in supervising or managing NHS contracts
  • Must be very client focused
