Our client is a Facilities Management company that has been in operation for over 50 years. Due to a new contract win, they are looking for a M&E Engineer to look after the site, based in Stratford.

As an M&E Engineer you will be completing Plant room checks and maintenance, basic fault-finding on-air conditioning, heating and electrical systems, communicating with the client, checking/maintaining alarm systems & panels and general health & safety.

M&E Engineer Position Remuneration

  • Circa £40,000 salary DOE
  • Monday - Friday 07:00 - 18:00 (Flexible hours)
  • 40-hour week
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x/2x
  • Occasional weekend work
  • Pension
M&E Engineer Position Requirements
  • NVQ in respective trade
  • Gas safe (advantageous)
  • 18th edition (advantageous)
  • Able to pass an enhanced DBS
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems
