Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our small, dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple contracts, ensuring excellent customer journeys, and contributing to the financial and operational success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Placing subcontract orders
Evaluating and processing subcontract payments
Producing and updating Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs)
Producing monthly billing schedules and invoicing
Monitoring and collecting cash
Managing multiple contracts simultaneously
Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts
Candidate Requirements:
Uphold the vision and values of the company
Possess the right attitude to deliver excellence
Be happy and motivated in their work
Not be title-precious and be willing to contribute to all team efforts
Ability to work under pressure
Enjoy working as part of a team while being able to think independently
