Job Specification: M&E Quantity Surveyor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our small, dedicated team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an individual to shape their future career and be part of our next stages of development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple contracts, ensuring excellent customer journeys, and contributing to the financial and operational success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Placing subcontract orders
Evaluating and processing subcontract payments
Producing and updating Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs)
Producing monthly billing schedules and invoicing
Monitoring and collecting cash
Managing multiple contracts simultaneously
Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts

Candidate Requirements:
