A leading building contractor renowned for their excellence in refurbishment, maintenance, and renovation projects is currently seeking a talented Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Site Manager for a prestigious fit-out project in the heart of London - Embankment, SE1.

This £1 million project spans an 8-week programme with a team size ranging from 8 to 20 staff on site. The successful candidate must be available to start by the 22nd of July. We are ideally looking for someone interested in a long-term permanent role but will also consider a contractor for this specific project.

The M&E Site Manager's Role

The successful M&E Site Manager will oversee the full mechanical and electrical installation, including lighting, BMS, ventilation, and fire stopping. As the number one on site, the M&E Site Manager will manage subcontractor relations, procurement, and conduct talk-box talks.

The M&E Site Manager

  • Must have SMSTS, CSCS Black card or JIB Gold.
  • Proven experience in managing mechanical and electrical aspects of fit-out projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
