We are actively looking for an M&E Team Leader to join a housing association in the Shropshire area on a permanent basis. As the M&E Team Leader, you will be:
  • Working with senior management to ensure all M&E works are in line with current building and compliance regulations
  • Carry out inspections of work being completed on site, monitoring the progress and quality of the work
  • Produce site instruction orders during the completion of the M&E works ensuring that all work is in line with budgets

Experience / Qualifications:
  • M&E background
  • Knowledge and understanding of Gas and Electric
  • Social housing is desirable but not essential
  • Gas / Electrical qualifications
  • Building construction experience

As the M&E Team Leader, you will receive:
