My well-established Engineering client based in Reading is looking to recruit a Machine Operator for their nightshift on a full time, permanent basis. Candidates must have previous engineering / manufacturing experience and be familiar with engineering practices, machine health & safety and equipment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience operating machines within an engineering or manufacturing environment. (CNC desirable but not essential)
  • Have general engineering knowledge and experience of Machine operating; CNC or manual machines.
  • Experience in quality checking of parts using micrometres / verniers.
  • Happy working a permanent nightshift.

This role will be on a permanent nightshift working 22.00-06.00 Sunday to Thursday night (5 nights per week). A competitive salary of £29,952 + Profit related pay (paid quarterly) and a Production Bonus (paid monthly) giving a total salary with bonuses in excess of £36,000 per annum.
