Day to day you will be managing a busy CNC Machine shop floor dealing with all the personnel. Ensuring work is completed to standard, on time and right first time. Working under the general manage and directors of the business who are growing as a business you will be the face and front of the drive for the machining staff.

What do you need?

  • Strong people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Background of CNC or engineering
  • Understanding of CNC Machining
  • MUST have the right to work in the UK
