**URGENT VACANCY** Repairs Scheduler/ Maintenance Planner (London NW2) - c£30K Full Time Office Based

Office location: Brent Cross NW2

Our client is a Building Maintenance Contractor specialising in repairs for larger private landlords, property management companies and housing associations.

Within their bookings team, they are now looking to hire a Maintenance Coordinator / Maintenance Administrator / Repairs Planner as follows:

  • Take calls from Residents / Landlords / Property Management companies
  • Determine what the issue is and what tradesperson is required to fix it
  • Book the trades person in to visit the property / fix the issue
  • Check the job once complete
  • Liaise with the accounts team to issue the invoice
  • Update the system to reflect the action taken.
  • Hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday office based

Maintenance Coordinator / Maintenance Administrator / Repairs Planner applicants MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE

In addition to having PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, suitable Maintenance Coordinator / Maintenance Administrator / Repairs Planner applicants must come from a stable career background and live within daily commuting range of NW London.

This position is STRICTLY office based.

Salary up to £30k to start with reviews and uplifts based on length of service and performance.
