A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Billericay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and managing a busy mailbox, responding to all queries
  • Raising repairs orders on the system
  • Answering the phones and dealing with client queries
  • Allocating engineers to repairs based on skillset and geographical area
  • Monitoring and managing the administration tasks for a job from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and excellent team player
  • Previous experience with the construction industry ( maintenance and repairs) would be a bonus
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8 am -5 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
