Maintenance Assistant

Recruiting immediately for an organised Maintenance Assistant to join an established business with a family feel culture based in Methwold, Thetford.

• Keeping the grounds tidy, front and rear (we have a lot of grounds in the rear) - mowing; plants; weeding; pruning etc.
• Keeping all fencing; gutters; signage; building exteriors and outside of windows washed and looking tidy.
• Keeping all patios and outdoor furniture clean and in good order.
• Cleaning cars as and when necessary.
• Chopping firewood.
• Occasional help in the Workshop with cleaning engine parts etc. - particularly in winter when there is less to do outside.
• Other project work as and when.

• Has an eye for cleanliness and order.
• Can work on their own initiative.
• Preferably has some understanding of plant care.
• Can turn their hand to a number of projects.

Rate Of Pay:

£12.50 Per Hour
