Maintenance Electrician

Location: Euston

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

My clients currently recruiting for an Maintenance Electrician to carry out PPM and Reactive Activities on one of their commercial contracts in Euston. The Maintenance Electrician should have building service experience within a commercial environment. The Maintenance Electrician would be expected to assist with various reactive and PPM tasks. Some installation work will be expected although the core part of the role is maintenance. 

Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years trade experience
• NVQ 2/3 Electrical Qualifications
• Completed applicable apprenticeship and possess relevant Electrical industry qualifications. Including up to date Test Inspection
• Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
• 18 Edition Electrical Installations is desirable.
• A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
