Are you a dedicated Maintenance Engineer with a solid and stable background in mechanical and electrical maintenance? Do you have a knack for diagnostic and fault-finding on PLCs?

This company is a leading name in the industry, renowned for our high standards and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team and ensure our plant machinery operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance: Perform both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure all plant machinery and equipment run smoothly.

Diagnostic & Fault Finding: Utilize your expertise in PLCs for efficient diagnostic and fault-finding to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Operational Efficiency: Ensure all plant machinery and equipment operate at peak efficiency through regular maintenance and prompt repairs.

Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Preventative Maintenance: Execute planned preventative maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and extend the lifespan of machinery.

Qualifications:

Solid, stable background in maintenance engineering, not changing your job every year?

Strong mechanical skills combined with excellent knowledge of electrical maintenance.

Proven experience in diagnostic and fault finding on PLCs.

Relevant qualifications such as BTEC, ONC, HNC, City & Guilds, Apprenticeship, NVQs, etc.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Strong adherence to health and safety practices.
