We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our in-house manufactured flow chemistry equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel and is passionate about providing exceptional service and support to customers globally.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Train new and existing users in the operation of the flow chemistry system, reactors, and software.
  • Perform IQOQ certification of newly installed flow chemistry systems worldwide.
  • Conduct maintenance and upgrade services on-site in laboratories and at the factory.
  • Engage with customers to discuss applications and gather information from their experiences.
  • Advise customers on preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
  • Create technical bulletins and guides to assist users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a laboratory service or installation role.
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher diploma/degree in engineering or chemical engineering.
  • Proficient in logical troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoy travelling and visiting customers.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience within a scientific industry and working in a laboratory environment.
  • Electro-Mechanical experience.
  • Experience in working overseas.
