Maintenance Engineer

Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join their Engineering Team at their advanced manufacturing site in Dudley, West Midlands. The role comes with a salary of £48,000 p/a and excellent benefits.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be key in ensuring the smooth running of factory machinery, including planned maintenance and reactive repairs, along with continually looking for ways to improve future processes.

In your first few weeks in this Maintenance Engineer role, you can expect to:

• Perform reactive breakdown repairs
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance
• Record all documentation accurately and on time
• Improve equipment reliability, stamp out recurring faults
• Ensure "audit ready" records are kept

• A sound understanding of mechanical and electrical fault finding and repair
• Relevant engineering qualifications
