Monday to Friday Earlies and lates - NO NIGHTS
Up to £45,000 + bonus

The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer, to work for a well-established manufacturer based in Castle Donington. Working as part of a team, you will ensure all plant and equipment downtime is kept to a minimum and building upkeep is maximised through efficient response times, continuous improvements, data acquisition and analysis, whilst maintaining and developing a positive attitude towards costs, quality and health and safety.

Responsibilities

- Mechanical and electrical diagnostic/ fault finding techniques and the application of remedial work in a breakdown situation.
- Awareness of Production OEE's and strive to make improvements to the OEE's.
- Routine maintenance and monitoring of production machinery, and ensure all tasks are carried out and/or recorded in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in projects as and when required.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will ideally be experienced within a fast paced manufacturing or material handling environment such as distribution , although engineers looking to secure their first role within manufacturing / production will be considered. In return you can expect to work for a company that boasts excellent support and tenure with 10 years + service being the average within the engineering and leadership team.
