Maintenance Engineer -Residential Development (Swimming Pool/Gym/BMS) - Kensington - c£38k

We’re working with a property management company who oversee prestigious residential developments with extensive leisure and wellbeing facilities across London.

With on-site pools, spas, gyms supported by extensive Building Management Systems, Plant Rooms and HVAC, they’re now looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for a full time role as follows:

  • Working Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm on a prestigious residential estate in Kensington
  • Alongside the wider site team, carrying out essential maintenance and reactive repair work within plant rooms and to the various Building Management and HVAC systems on site
  • Plumbing and/or electrical qualification required, exposure to wide ranging BMS/HVAC and plant rooms essential
  • You will oversee 2 x maintenance engineers whilst undertaking a hands on role in relation to diagnosing faults, overseeing contractors and ensuring facilities remain in safe working order
  • Experience of maintaining Swimming pools / Gyms / Spas preferred
  • Engineers from a Leisure or Hotel background would be particularly suitable for this role

Salary for the successful Maintenance Engineer will start at up to £38k and rise with length of service, in addition to 5 weeks holiday.
