Shift Pattern - 4 days 40 hrs per week

ISQ Recruitment is looking for a Maintenance Engineering Co-Ordinator for one of our clients in Norfolk. In this role you will be working as part of an established engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Manager working together you will optimise production and maximise the use of available downtime, Coordinating activities and work alongside the site multiskilled engineers.
 
The main duties of this role are:
  • Organising and executing engineering activities.
  • To put in place corrective action identified by condition based monitoring.
  • Identify engineering issues prior to failure, minimising impact of downtime and maximise production.
  • Proactive attitude towards preventative maintenance including liaising with other departments to refine works schedules.
  • Arrange contractors and required permits to enable external support on site.
Qualification 
  • Applicants need excellent knowledge of engineering (ideally electrical and mechanical) and are required to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and own initiative
