Are you an Engineering Manager or Maintenance Lead with experience working in the Food Sector looking for responsibility and autonomy where you can implement new maintenance processes, manage a team of highly skilled engineers and gain recognition by having a direct impact on the success of a business?

On offer is a role to join a successful team, within a prestigious organisation which operates right at the heart of the food industry. You will be ensuring engineering strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives in terms of price, quality and delivery targets, evaluate challenges faced by the business with the required action and provide technical support to the business development, estimating and engineering teams which will enable the company to function effectively.

With a rich history and culture of innovation, they are internationally recognised and have continued their expansion due to their recent success they are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead their team of engineers.

This role would suit an experienced Maintenance Engineer or Engineering Manager who is self-motivated and has demonstrated leadership / management skills with the ability to optimise team performance who enjoys working towards targets whilst managing budgets.

The Role:

• Responsibility for Engineering activities across the business
• Create and implement engineering vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to improve business performance
• Ensure that engineering strategies / processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs
• Report Engineering activities to the Senior Management Team and timely report KPI indicators
• Complete regular performance reviews, manage attendance, holidays, disciplinary issues and procedures as appropriate
• Mon-Fri 08:00am - 16:00pm

The Person:

• Engineering management experience
• Appropriate qualifications relevant to the role
• Results Orientated and capable
