Plumbing & Heating Engineer:

Barnes Heating Services Ltd is a family run plumbing and heating company based in Paignton covering all aspects of plumbing and heating works.

We are looking for a reliable maintenance gas safe engineer to work full time. The types of work you will be doing are:

• Carry out gas safety inspections
• Boiler servicing
• Boiler repairs
• Boiler replacements
• Heating repairs & installation
• Small plumbing jobs

All work will be organised and planned by our friendly office team. You will have access to our online calendar where you will follow the work schedule. You will work predominantly on your own and liaising with the office staff with some occasions where you are required to help the installation team with any larger projects i.e system upgrades and bathroom installations.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday - 8:30AM - 5PM with 1 Hour lunch break.

Desirable but not requirement:

• Experience in working with oil (OFTEC trained)
• Commercial experience

You will be required to:

• Provide and use your own tools
• Be gas safe registered
• Be versatile to work in variety of plumbing and heating works
• Be able to diagnose and repair boilers
• Be willing to work out of hours (on very rare occasions)
• Be able to work independently and with other staff and contractors.
• Have completed NVQ Level 3
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a positive and polite attitude

Salary:
£36K - £38K
