We are looking for a friendly and reliable handy man/women who has a strong attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for painting/decorating, basic plumbing, flooring, carpentry, patch plastering and tiling. The ideal candidate will be experienced with the tools of the trade and be a highly motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities:

• Fix broken things.; Repair broken things.
• Painting/decorating, basic plumbing, flooring, carpentry, patch plastering and tiling.
• Be always friendly Professional & Approachable.
• Be able to communicate instructions to other people.
• Be able to communicate instructions and information to the customer so they can understand him/her.
• To be able to work on your own and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £31,200.00-£35,000.00 per year

• Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:30pm
• Holiday Allowance

Application Requirements:

Full Driving Licence

Access to your own vehicle for first three months of employment

Reactive Maintenance experience of a minimum 5 years

Work Location:

London, Surrey and all surrounding areas.

Residential properties on the road.
