We are looking for a friendly and reliable handy man/women who has a strong attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for painting/decorating, basic plumbing, flooring, carpentry, patch plastering and tiling. The ideal candidate will be experienced with the tools of the trade and be a highly motivated self-starter.
Responsibilities:
- Fix broken things.; Repair broken things.
- Painting/decorating, basic plumbing, flooring, carpentry, patch plastering and tiling.
- Be always friendly Professional & Approachable.
- Be able to communicate instructions to other people.
- Be able to communicate instructions and information to the customer so they can understand him/her.
- To be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £31,200.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:30pm
- Holiday Allowance
- Weekend and overtime availability

Application Requirements:
Full Driving Licence
Access to your own vehicle for first three months of employment
Reactive Maintenance experience of a minimum 5 years
Work Location:
London, Surrey and all surrounding areas.
Residential properties on the road.
