Maintenance Technician & Driver.
Location: Tottenham
Hours: 40 hours per week, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

the role.

A leading designer and maker of high-end sculptural lighting, furniture, and artworks is looking for a Maintenance Technician & Driver to support its studios, workshops, and showrooms with property maintenance, decoration, and equipment upkeep.

Key Responsibilities.

* Perform planned preventative maintenance across studios, galleries, workshops, and premises.
* Carry out repairs, inspections, and health and safety risk assessments.
* Cleaning facilities, this can include emptying bins and cleaning toilets.
* Assist with the installation and relocation of artwork, furniture, and lighting.
* Maintain company vehicles and handle deliveries and collections. A full clean UK driving licence is required.
* Safely transport and pack artwork using appropriate techniques.

What We're Looking For.

* Experience in building maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work.
* Ability to lift heavy items and carry out manual tasks.
* A proactive, professional, and diligent approach.
*Must be able to drive.
