Our client is partnering with Pertemps to seek out a seasoned Maintenance Joiner with commercial expertise for an exciting role in Bellshill.

Position:
  • Commercial Maintenance Joiner
Location:
  • Bellshill
Employment Type:
  • Temporary to Permanent
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday,
  • 42.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate:
  • £ competitive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake general maintenance tasks.
  • Perform installations and repairs as required.

  • Demonstrate basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing.
  • Deliver exceptional service and address issues promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior experience in maintenance joinery.
  • Commercial experience preferred.
  • Flexible, patient, and collaborative.
  • Exhibits strong communication skills.
  • Displays a proactive attitude.
