What's involved?

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes for all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems
• Manage and coordinate a team of maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee all repair and maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential issues
• Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and expenses
• Develop and manage the maintenance department budget
