My client has an immediate opportunity for a Scheduling Operations Planner to join their Eastleigh based team on an initial freelance basis, leading to a fixed term contract.
The successful applicant will ensure customers receive an excellent service, planning and coordinating the working day of trade operatives.
Responsibilities:
My client has an immediate opportunity for a Scheduling Operations Planner to join their Eastleigh based team on an initial freelance basis, leading to a fixed term contract.
The successful applicant will ensure customers receive an excellent service, planning and coordinating the working day of trade operatives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the working day of trade operatives, so that our colleagues receive all of the information for them to carry out their works
- Ensure diaries are optimised to maximum capacity with minimal travel, increasing productivity, reducing cost and maintaining outstanding customer service.
- Ensure health and safety and vulnerability considerations are prioritised.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders including our customers on a daily basis to deliver a seamless service.
