Maintenance Supervisor
- Annual Salary: £38,902.96

We are looking for a Planned Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive, professional, and versatile attitude, thriving in a constantly changing and continuously improving environment. High standards of quality, workmanship, health, safety, and environmental management are expected, and the Planned Supervisor will play a crucial role in achieving these standards.
Day-to-day of the role:- Empower operatives to make decisions and achieve the right work at the right time.
- Manage, measure, and monitor operatives and subcontractors to ensure high standards of service and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with Contract and Company processes and procedures.
- Be flexible and adaptable to support other maintenance contracts as required.
- Scope and survey large works, providing cost estimates and ensuring supervision through to completion.
- Recruit and induct operatives, managing the probationary process effectively.
- Deliver toolbox talks and reinforce the Health and Safety culture.
- Carry out employee investigations, absence management, and accident incident investigations professionally and timely.
- Provide escalation as part of an out-of-hours service when necessary.
- Embrace and promote the company ethos of integrity.
- Technical building knowledge and expertise in trade skills.
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- Proficient in MS Office and IT systems for job management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Organised approach to work and time management.
- Full driving licence.
- 5 years’ experience in Building Maintenance.
- 2 years’ experience in Social Housing environment (preferred).
