Maintenance Supervisor

An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to work for a leading FM service provider across a portfolio of commercial properties within London. Working for a highly esteemed maintenance provider, this a fantastic opportunity for a someone who is looking to get into Contract Management, as the position will be working closely with the Account Manager.

Being responsible for the deliver of planned and reactive maintenance contracts across commercial properties, you should come from an electrical background, with relevant City and Guilds / NVQ qualifications in addition to a good all-round knowledge of building services maintenance.

If you have a proven career history within building services maintenance, with the ability to lead a team to successfully deliver contractually required levels of service delivery, this is a fantastic chance to continue to develop and progress your career with a company who truly cares about their employers and continues to grow.

Duties of the Maintenance Supervisor

• Organise and manage all planned and reactive maintenance.
• Manage a team of mechanical and electrical engineers
• Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
• Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
• Quotations
• Organising and managing subcontractors
• Completing logbooks and RAMS
• Reports
• Ensure health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards.
• Conducting and attending client meetings
• Ensuring the account manager is kept up to date on a regular basis
• Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
• Permits to work
• Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.

Requirements of the Maintenance Supervisor

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
• Ability to lead engineering maintenance teams
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable

Salary and Benefits of the Maintenance Supervisor

• £48,000 - £52,000 per annum
• Car allowance / Car
• Monday to Friday, 8-5
