We are looking for a Maintenance Technician!

You will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous maintenance work, particularly in building fabric/joinery/carpentry/plumbing
  • Computer literate - you will need to write reports on the computer and view requests
  • Be able to carry out property maintenance, decorating, plumbing and project management works
  • Supervising specialist contractors
  • Previous experience with sourcing, ordering and costing materials
  • Customer focused
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised approach to work
  • Be able to respond to help desk queries
  • Communicate with stakeholders
  • Motivation and drive

Hours of work:

8am - 7pm Monday - Friday (with the occasional weekend or emergency call out) Hours may vary but will average at 40 hours per week.
