Mon-Fri 8.00am - 5.00pm 1 SATURDAY per month
Based: Quedgley, GL2
24k, 21 days+ 8 bank hoildays, training, progression. Overtime available

Maintenance works scheduler required for large maintenance specialist with housing contracts across the south and west country. Working alongside an experienced contracts manager and friendly team of field-based engineers, you will plan and coordinate engineers for domestic boiler repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance for our clients.

Your duties will be varied but will include: - Dealing with field-based engineers via phone and email communications. - Arranging service and repair appointments direct with customers and client representatives whilst scheduling these appointments with the appropriate engineer using our state of the art planning software (Full training will be given). Dealing with enquiries via telephone and email ensuring that the customer has had a positive customer journey. - Comply with and support company procedures.

Requirements - A good understanding of basic Microsoft packages including Excel and MS teams. - Flexibility and adaptability to work under own initiative and in a busy office environment as a team. - An ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads. Able to work one Saturday per month paid at O/T rates.
