Managed Services Administrator

Salary £22,000 – £25,100

Horsham

We are looking for a Managed Services Administrator for our client, a Technology Services business based in Horsham.

Reporting to the Head of Services you will be responsible for the smooth running of the administrative functions across the department. This role will entail supporting customers, and therefore requires an excellent telephone manner and support of customers’ needs. You will need to quickly understand the services that the business provides and help refine administrative processes where needed to optimise the customer experience.

As Managed Services Administrator you will be involved in:

  • Providing administrative support for the managed services team
  • Accurate billing from meter inputs
  • Proactive identification of customer requirements
  • Identification of unusual patterns of consumable or device usage
  • Ordering of toner and other consumable items

To be considered for the role of Managed Services Administrator you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Customer focussed, pleasant telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent working relationships with colleagues across the business

This role would suit someone who is looking for their first role out of university, or has already gained experience within a Customer Service, Support or Administrator role. If successful you can expect a salary of £22,000 to £25,100 depending on your experience.
