Management Accountant - Cambridge - Hybrid - Leading Software Company
Technology Company based in Cambridge is looking for a Management Accountant to Join the team.
As a Management Accountant you will:
• Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple entities and help consolidate the financials
• Manage journals, prepayments, accruals and Balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare commentary for actuals versus business plan
• Manage monthly payroll for several entities as well as some HR elements and year end activities
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns for the entities
• Arrange bank payments and reconcile the bank on occasions
• Manage company debit/credit cards
• Maintain the fixed assets register
• Assist with year end audit, financial statements and corporation tax
• Perform ad-hoc analysis
• Review accounting records for any oversights
The successful candidate will have a good mix of the following skills and experience:
• Finance experience/Financial qualifications
• Good Microsoft office skills in particular Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Accounting systems and payroll systems experience
• Good communications skills and analytical skills
