Our client, a very well-established home builder operating in the Home-counties and South East of England, requires a Management Accountant to join their finance team. The position reports into the FD. The Management Accountant will be responsible for ensuring strong accounting and reporting throughout the business, as well as the analysis and consolidation of financial data in order to assist the Finance Director. He or she will also be responsible for the management of the company’s finances, providing strategic information and advice to the board and the company’s joint venture partners.

Suitable candidates will ideally have experience of working in a similar role within construction / home-building. Knowledge of the COINS system would be advantageous, strong knowledge of Excel modelling is essential. In return, the person will receive a generous salary, car allowance and benefits package which includes private medical cover, company pension scheme and twenty-five days holiday.

  • Submissions for Bank Funding
