Management Accountant | Fast Growth Marketing Technology | London (2 days a week in office)

The Role:

Reporting directly into an experienced Head of Finance, the role takes full ownership of the Management Accounts process including posting accruals, analysis of movements, comparison to budget and production of monthly packs. You'll be slotting into a team of 4, where you will help manage and mentor the more junior members of the finance team. The opportunity is exceptionally broad, where you will be instrumental in helping to drive efficiencies and making a more robust finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing management accounts process (accruals, movement analysis, budget comparison & monthly pack production).
• Analysing and delivering key revenue and profitability reports, on a monthly basis, for all levels of management
• Overhead and Revenue reporting
• Assistance with budgeting & forecasting
• Designing the balance sheet reconciliation process
• Manage the Finance Assistant and oversee AP / AR processes
• Reconcile costs on finished projects and help manage over & underspends
• Receivables & cash management
• Ad hoc duties where required

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

• PQ ACCA / ACA / CIMA
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good all-rounder, proactive, team player

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £38,000-£45,000
