Management Accountant Part Qualified

We are seeking a diligent and capable Part Qualified Management Accountant to join our client in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing robust financial information and accounting support to our business services department.

Our client is a leading organisation who have an immediate requirement to recruit a Part Qualified Management Accountant to help them assist with a project.

Description

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Support budget and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with the finance department on all fiscal reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with all internal processes
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company ventures or special projects when necessary
• Participate in company meetings, providing financial input and recommendations

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

• ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent numeracy skills with an ability to spot inaccuracies
• The ability to handle large amounts of data
• Good organisational and time-management skills
