Part of a lean efficient Finance team, you'll be two steps away from the CFO in this SME.

As Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for guiding a dedicated team of Assistant Management Accountants. Together, you’ll produce detailed management accounts, shape budgets, and work on customer tenders.

What you'll do
  • Craft and Convey: Prepare and present monthly departmental management accounts that tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Analyse and Advise: Perform detailed overhead variance analysis and communicate insights that spark action.
  • Collaborate and Cultivate: Work hand-in-hand with operations to foster a finance-savvy culture, driving effective budgeting and cost control.
  • Innovate and Improve: Develop KPI reporting that boosts performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast and Forge Ahead: Prepare forecasts, budgets, and tenders that pave the way for new business ventures.

What your experience looks like
  • 2/3 years post-qualification experience (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) majority of this as a Management Accountant
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Business Partnering experience
  • Advance excel skills
