Management Accountant - £38,000 / £40,000 - Reading - Hybrid

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

  • Handle month-end reporting, including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Assist with annual budgeting and regular re-forecasting

  • Produce monthly P&Ls and variance analysis

  • Identify financial risks and opportunities

  • Ensure timely and accurate revenue reporting

  • Improve financial processes

  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis

What experience do you need?

  • Studying towards ACCA/CIMA or equivalent

  • Previous experience working in a similar role

  • Intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Vlookups)
