THE COMPANY:

This business is a dynamic, high growth multi agency marketing business. They are a successful market leader with Head Offices based near to Leeds City Centre. They are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant with experience and passion, to join their growing finance team.

You would be joining a business with a brilliant working environment and culture, which truly values its employees.

Your key responsibilities will include directly managing two individuals in Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger, orchestrating seamless transaction processing, and contributing to enhancements in our reporting frameworks, systems, and controls.

THE JOB:
  • Overseeing Transactional processes, management of sales and purchase ledger
  • Providing cashflow forecasts
  • Review all balance sheet accounts and prepare monthly reconciliations
  • Manage intercompany recharges and balances
  • Managing payroll processing
  • Leading month end processes including journals, accruals, prepayments and fixed assets
  • Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns
  • Maintain the daily cashflows
  • Support the Finance Business Partners with ad hoc projects


EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS /SKILLS:
  • Part qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) or fully qualified AAT
  • Experience within Management Accountants
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical, analytic, and reporting skills
  • Excellent IT skills (advanced knowledge of Excel essential)
  • Accurate and attention to detail
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Technically strong
  • Inquisitive and a finisher
