Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager who is passionate about making a tangible impact. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and developing robust financial systems and processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing valuable commercial insights to the Leadership Team. Your contributions will be critical in supporting the company’s ambitious expansion plans and ensuring sustainable growth.

Your responsibilities as Finance Manager will include:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Optimising financial systems and workflows.
  • Maximising the strategic impact of the finance function.
  • Creating structured and disciplined processes for business growth.
  • Facilitating the rollout of an advanced project costing system and developing comprehensive budget and forecast frameworks.

To be considered for the role of Finance Manager:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or Qualified by Experience.
  • Driven and enthusiastic, with a strong desire for ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and enhancing systems and processes, a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience with project costing is highly advantageous.
