Management Accountant

Thera Trusthas an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our team based in Grantham. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £36,563.64 per annum.

Thera Trust is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team.

About the Management Accountant  role:

• Be accountable to the Senior Management Accountant for delivery of the draft management accounts on a monthly basis.
• Deliver a comprehensive budgetary, management, finance and business support service to relevant subsidiaries within the Thera Group.
• In line with Thera’s strategic direction, work with Directors and Senior Managers to plan for, stimulate, create and deliver on new developments within the relevant subsidiaries
• Monitor and advise Directors and Senior Managers on the financial performance of the relevant subsidiaries.
• To work alongside subsidiary management teams in any review or investigation into financial management of the subsidiary.

We are looking for a Management Accountant  to join the team with the following skills and experience:

• Must be a qualified Accountant with AAT or part qualified / working towards CIMA or ACCA
• Be confident working under pressure
• Experienced working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and operational staff
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to interpret complex written and numerical information and summarize in a way that is easily accessible
• Experienced working with statutory accounts, external audits and group reporting
