The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Management Accountant to join our team at Saladworks. In this role you will provide a high-quality management accounting and business partnering service, to support key functions in their drive to improve performance and margins. you will also be responsible for:-

• Production of accurate and timely weekly and monthly management accounts
• Preparation and management of weekly variance analysis
• Training, development and management of the management accounts team
• Involved in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Maintenance of the standard costing system and processes

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Experienced working in a manufacturing environment with a working understanding of standard costing
• Experience working within a very busy account’s department.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Onsite role with an element of flexibility once completed probation
