I have an excellent opportunity for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join a leading FTSE 250 Investment Manager with over 300 billion assets under management, on a 12-month maternity cover. The successful candidate will play a part in being responsible for various accounting associated to revenue streams associated with the Asset Manager. The role will include reporting & calculation of fees, rebates & distribution fees on a timely basis.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts for group & cost centres
  • Record & communication distribution charges amongst their investors
  • Using Revport, prepare all management fee invoices, rebates and distribution fees
  • Monthly reporting and forecasting or revenue & investor costs
  • Reporting on commision's payout and structures
  • Preparation of group AUM reporting
  • Preparation of year-end accounting for revenue-related balance-sheet & reconciliations

Experience Required

  • Part Qualified Accountant
  • Experience working within Financial Services ideally Asset Management
  • Experienced with Management reporting - knowledge around Revenue would be helpful
  • Strong data and systems skill set - most be comfortable with Excel
  • Experience using Revport would be great but not essential
