Description
- Prepare and present financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions
- Handle tax matters and ensure timely submissions
- Collaborate with other teams to streamline financial processes
- Contribute to the department's overall performance by achieving key performance indicators
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- An academic degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with Not For Profit accounting standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in professional conduct
