Management Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Management Accountant to join an established finance team in a successful and growing company. This role is responsible for accounting tasks and financial management, as well as providing accurate financial information to support decision-making processes.

Description
The Role:
- Preparing and analysing monthly and weekly management accounts and financial statements
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Identify trends and areas for improvement
- Performing financial analysis and reporting to management
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements
- Implementing internal controls and procedures
- Liaising with external auditors
- Managing and mentoring junior team members
- Attending meetings and presenting to Senior Management
- Participating in special projects as required
Profile
The Ideal Candidate:
- A relevant professional accounting qualification and/or working towards qualified status
- Proven prior success in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAGE
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
