An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a logistics company based in Hounslow. This role is offering excellent progression and hybrid working options.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential Financial control and planning for the business unit.
  • Maintaining the financial oversight for the business units
  • Complete month end process for multiple locations in finance systems according to reporting deadlines.
  • Preparation of weekly flash, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
  • Provide analysis of opportunities and risks for sites.
  • Ensure compliance with company internal control procedures.
  • Proactively engage with site manager from different sites and divisional management to enhance understanding of their respective financials and assisting in optimising financial performance.
  • Weekly business review calls with management and sites ensuring key financial areas are monitored and variances challenged.
  • Monthly preparation of customer reporting.
  • Generate and present a range of financial and ad hoc reports for use by both internal and external customers.
  • Assist with pricing proposals for new customers and preparation of capex papers.
  • Ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Assisting in financial analysis for new projects.

Requirements:

  • Part or Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Logistics or Energy sectors.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
