Management Accountant

My client is a services business based in Knutsford. They are looking to add a temporary management accountant into their vibrant and expanding finance function.

As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for all month end processes for a subsidiary within the business. This will involve dealing with accruals, pre-payments and journals, pulling together and producing the monthly management accounts pack and providing commentary on performance to senior management, producing profit and loss reports and performing variance analysis, as well as completing budgeting and forecasting.

This role will suit a candidate who is working towards their CIMA or ACCA qualification and has experience in a management accounts focused role within a construction organisation due to the accounts you will be focused on in the group. Good communication skills are essential in order to be able to liaise with key stakeholders effectively.
