Management Accountant

We are looking for a part qualified Management Accountant to support our Dudley based client in a group role to secure the next phase of growth for the business.

As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing monthly financial reporting to the group. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will also be involved in cost control (manufacturing costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement), financial planning, and performance evaluation, ensuring manufacturing operations run efficiently and profitably.

Skills needed

• Part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) with experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders.
